Who/what inspired you to be a pharmacist:
As a child, I was hospitalized after an accidental overdose caused by a hypersensitivity to a surgical anesthetic. After listening to the doctor explain that different patients can sometimes react very differently to medications, I became fascinated by the physiological effects that medications have on the body, and knew that becoming a pharmacist was what I wanted to do.
